wants to know about any special visa for non-caricom countries

Although the information was useful to me, a hhigh school student, there should be more information to people seeking more information about this.

I travelled about a year ago and saw information onboard about the caripass.I am surprised that based on this website it has not been launched yet or is it that the website is outdated?

It is March 24, 2010 and it looks like this website has not been updated in 2 years. I am very interested in CARICOM's efforts of dealing with regional crime. Can someone PLEASE update this site so CARICOM nationals can be kept up to speed on current events!! Thank you.
