Former Commissioner of Police of the Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF), Mr. Edvin Martin, has joined CARICOM IMPACS' Regional Intelligence Fusion Centre (RIFC) as Manager of the CARICOM Crime Gun Intelligence Unit (CGIU).
