Advisory for collection of API data

The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS) in accordance with its legal mandate, collects and processes Advance Passenger Information (API) and cargo information from aviation and maritime carriers on behalf of CARICOM Member States.

As part of our ongoing commitment to streamline processes and enhance data security, we wish to inform you that effective 30 June 2025, the submission of API data to the Joint Regional Communication Centre (JRCC) via email for processing will no longer be accepted. All API data must be submitted exclusively via our official E-APIS Portal - https://caricomeapis.org

Attached files sent via email will receive an emailed response confirming receipt of the email and redirecting principals/agents/vessel owners pursuant to CARICOM Member States API Legislation to submit API data using:

Should you encounter any technical issues that impede the successful upload or submission of API data, you are advised to verify information on the Documentation Links page of the web portal or contact our office via email at qa@impacsjrcc.org and provide a clear description of the issue or any error encountered so that assistance may be provided.
