Thirty-fifth Meeting of the CARICOM Standing Committee of Regional Intelligence Heads (RIC35)

Under the auspices of the Government of Antigua and Barbuda, the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS) convened the Thirty-Fifth Meeting of the Standing Committee of Regional Intelligence Heads in St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda from 1 - 3 July 2026. The event brought together intelligence leaders from across the Caribbean Region to examine emerging and evolving security issues, exchange perspectives and enhance collective understanding of the threats confronting Member States.
The forum also provided an opportunity to explore strategies for strengthening the collection and analysis of critical intelligence and data to better support Member States in addressing security challenges. Additionally, discussions focused on enhancing operational and strategic collaboration with international partners to improve intelligence-sharing mechanisms, foster greater information exchange and strengthen regional security cooperation.
